The singer is currently in the process of being booked into the medical ward of the Twin Towers jail in downtown L.A. He suffered a debilitating stroke last December.
This marks the latest in a string of domestic incidents the embattled singer has been arrested for and charged with.
On March 20 Nate pled guilty in an Orange County, CA court to aggravated trespassing and battery charges. The former Death Row artist was sentenced to three years of informal probation and ordered to complete a domestic violence/battery treatment program. He was originally charged with five misdemeanors, including aggravated trespass of a dwelling, battery, annoying telephone calls, dissuading a witness from reporting a crime and violating a protective order from a previous domestic violence incident.
